How do I place a call? After you sign-up, we will provide you with an access number to call us from your cell or home phone. When you call the access number, we will recognize your phone and you will hear the AwakeTel voice prompt. Then just dial 011 (or just 1 for North America) and the international number to place your call. Will my wireless provider charge me for the time used to place international calls made through AwakeTel? Yes. You always incur your wireless provider's applicable charges whenever you make a call to us. However, beyond the cost to call Awaketel, you will receive Awaketel's low, low rates for the international portion of your call. |
